Sapor del Rione Sausage

Description: Our house-made Sapore del Rione is a nod to the Ward in Guelph and means "taste of the neighborhood". The sausage is made with 100% Ontario soured pork. Our spice blend is prepared in-house and our sausages are all produced by hand. Each link measures approximately 6 inches in length and has a diameter of 32-35 millimeters. For custom link sizes please contact us. This blend is a mix between our Mild and Hot Italian blends. 

Cooking Instructions: If cooking on the barbeque, cook over low heat until the sausage has reached an internal temperature of 165°F on a meat thermometer. If cooking in the oven, preheat oven to 325°F. Drizzle sausage with olive oil/canola oil/vegetable oil and roast in the oven for 18-25 minutes or until the sausage has reached an internal temperatures of 165°F on a meat thermometer

Ingredients: Pork, salt, spices, natural hog casing.
