How our Online Store works
To place an order through our online store you begin by creating a customer account. Once you have created an account you can start adding items to your basket. Please note that our online store only allows you to order products that are in-stock. For example, if you want to order 5 chicken pies and we only have 3 in inventory our online store will only allow you to order 3 pies.
Once you have completed your shopping it is time to checkout. If you are having your items delivered (Delivery days are Wednesdays and Fridays between 4:30pm and 6:00pm) please pay through the online store. If you are picking your order up, please select the pay at pickup option to help our small business reduce payment processing fees. Pickup in-store is available Tuesdays-Saturdays and we recommend customers bring a re-usable bag for us to pack their order in upon arrival. Paper bags are available at a cost of $0.50/bag if you forget to bring your own.
Please do not proceed to pickup your order until you have received an e-mail saying your "Order is Ready for Pickup".
Please also note, orders are primarily filled with frozen product however on the odd occasion some items may be fresh depending on production scheduling and inventory levels.
