Pork Breakfast Sausages (8 Sausage per package) (Frozen)

Description: Our house-made pork breakfast sausage are made with 100% Ontario soured pork. Our spices are blended in-house and our sausages are all produced by hand. Each link measures approximately 4-5 inches.

Cooking Instructions: For best results, thaw sausage. Pan fry sausages over medium-low heat until the sausage has reached an internal temperatures of 165°F on a meat thermometer. If cooking in the oven, preheat oven to 325°F. Drizzle sausage with olive oil/canola oil/vegetable oil and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the sausage has reached an internal temperatures of 165°F on a meat thermometer
