Pork Breakfast Sausage Patties (6 sausage patties per package) (Frozen)

Description: Our house-made, hand pressed, pork breakfast sausage patties are made with 100% Ontario soured pork. Our spices are blended in-house and our sausages are all produced by hand. Each patty weights approximately 2 ounces.

Cooking Instructions: For best results, thaw sausage patties. Pan fry sausage patties over medium-low heat until the sausage patties have reached an internal temperatures of 165°F on a meat thermometer. If cooking in the oven, preheat oven to 325°F. Drizzle sausage patties with olive oil/canola oil/vegetable oil and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the sausage patties have reached an internal temperatures of 165°F on a meat thermometer
