After a 6 year absence from the food industry, the Baggio family tradition of food entrepreneurship was reignited by Tranquillo’s daughter Elisa. Elisa began Bella Roma Foods in 2010 with the idea to carry on her father’s passion and love for food and his commitment to creating quality products. Using many of the same recipes Tranquillo developed at Roma Salami, Elisa has created a business that offers an eclectic mix of old and new world products that suit every type of palate.
